Description

Discover how to make delicious Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower with our step-by-step guide. Easy to bake with the best flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce (or your preferred hot sauce)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (or vegan butter)
  • Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
  • Optional: Celery and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep & First Coat. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower florets. In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Step 2: First Air Fry. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if necessary). Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender-crisp and lightly golden.
  • Step 3: Make Buffalo Sauce & Second Coat. While cauliflower air fries, whisk melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl. Transfer air-fried cauliflower back to the large bowl. Pour about half of the buffalo sauce over and toss to coat.
  • Step 4: Second Air Fry. Return buffalo-coated cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for another 5-7 minutes at 375°F (190°C), shaking once or twice, until crispy and sauce is slightly caramelized. Repeat with remaining batches.
  • Step 5: Serve. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces and veggie sticks.
