Ingredients
- 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into 1–1.5 inch florets
- 1 head fresh cauliflower, cut into 1–1.5 inch florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
- Optional: Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring not to overcrowd. Use a second sheet if necessary.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender-crisp and edges are caramelized.
