- 1 large flatbread (naan, pita, or pre-made pizza crust)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped and chilled
- Optional: croutons, thinly sliced red onion, fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border.
