- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or a mix)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- 2. Cream Butter & Sugars: In a large bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
