- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional add-ins: 1/2 cup pre-cooked, finely diced vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers), 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon or diced ham

- 1. Prep and Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Thoroughly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin or use silicone liners.
- 2. Blend the Base: In a blender, combine eggs and cottage cheese. Blend on high until completely smooth and no curds remain.
