  • 1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Prep Ingredients: Gently flake crab meat into a large bowl. Finely dice celery and mince red onion. Chop fresh dill and chives.
