  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved if large
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chiffonaded
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions
