  • 4 brioche hot dog buns (top-split preferred)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • Pinch of paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Prep the Lobster: Cook lobster (steam or boil), chill in an ice bath, then extract meat. Cut into bite-sized pieces (1/2-3/4 inch) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2. Make Garlic Butter: Melt 4 tbsp butter with minced garlic over low heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
