- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 2–3 tbsp erythritol or other zero-calorie sweetener (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup (40g) mini chocolate chips (dark or sugar-free recommended)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), optional erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the heat-treated flour and sea salt to the wet ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula until a thick dough forms, being careful not to overmix.
