- 1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced (about 3 cups)
- 1 large English cucumber, diced (about 2 cups)

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
