  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12-18 cups

Description

These delightful no-bake treats combine creamy peanut butter, vibrant strawberry, and rich chocolate for an irresistible flavor combination. They’re quick to make and perfect for satisfying any sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g) creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons (10g) freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups (250g) chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms. Divide in half.
  • To one half, add strawberry powder and mix until uniformly pink.
  • Roll small, equal-sized balls (about 1 tsp each) of both plain and strawberry peanut butter fillings.
  • Refrigerate filling balls for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate into each mold. Place one plain peanut butter ball, then one strawberry ball on top, pressing gently.
  • Cover with another 1-2 tsp melted chocolate, ensuring filling is covered. Tap tray to smooth.
