- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, snap peas), thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Pinch of salt (for sweating zucchini)
Instructions
- Prepare Zucchini: Spiralize zucchinis. Lay zoodles on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, let sit 10-15 mins, then blot dry.
- Prep Protein & Veggies: Slice protein and any optional vegetables.
