- 1.5 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Combine whole milk, vanilla bean paste (or extract), sweetened condensed milk, ice cubes, and optional xanthan gum in a high-speed blender.
- Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no ice chunks. Use a tamper if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more condensed milk and blending briefly.
