  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (approx. 112g) vegan cheddar or American-style shredded cheese
  • 46 large flour tortillas or large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, romaine)
  • For Topping: Dill pickle slices, sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce
  • Optional: Vegan mayo or extra burger sauce for serving

Instructions

  • 1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened and translucent, 5-7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
