Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep Ingredients. Dice onion and bell pepper. Cook and crumble bacon or sausage if using. Whisk eggs with milk/cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2: Sauté Veggies. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
