  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese, at room temperature
  • 23 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Balsamic glaze, honey, or thin slices of prosciutto for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Tomatoes: Dice tomatoes and place in a bowl. Season generously with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out juices and enhance flavor.
