Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 lime, for juice
- Optional: avocado slices, sour cream/Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, hot sauce
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Wash and finely dice all your vegetables (red bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes). Chop the fresh cilantro.
