Instructions

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Have all your avocado, cheese, and tomatoes ready and within reach.
  • Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper until yolks and whites are fully combined and slightly frothy.
  • Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet (8-10 inches) over medium-low heat. Add butter or oil and swirl to coat.
