- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- 1. Prep the Produce: Wash cucumbers and strawberries. Slice cucumbers into half-moons (1/4-inch thick). Hull and slice strawberries into similar-sized pieces. Finely chop fresh mint or basil.
