Ingredients
- 4 large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz thinly sliced Genoa salami
- 4 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
- 4 oz thinly sliced ham or capicola
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup finely diced roasted red peppers, well-drained
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives or Kalamata olives, well-drained
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 2. Spread Tortillas: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 3. Layer Fillings: Arrange 1/4 of the salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and olives evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- 4. Roll Tightly: Starting from one edge, carefully and tightly roll the tortilla into a log. Press gently to seal the seam. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- 5. Chill: Wrap each rolled tortilla log tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow the cream cheese to firm up.
- 6. Slice and Serve: Once chilled, unwrap the logs. Using a very sharp knife, slice each log into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
