  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk or whole milk, room temperature
  • 34 medium fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
