Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges (or clementines), peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
  • For the Honey Lime Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 23 limes)
  • 23 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the Fruits: Gently wash all fruits. Hull and slice strawberries. Halve grapes. Peel and cube pineapple, kiwi, and melon into bite-sized pieces. Segment mandarin oranges. Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Whisk the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine fresh lime juice, honey, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until honey is fully dissolved and ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  • 3. Combine & Chill: Pour the honey lime dressing over the mixed fruit. Gently toss to ensure all fruit is lightly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the salad to chill thoroughly before serving.
