Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups green grapes, washed
- 1/2 small honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 green apples (e.g., Granny Smith), cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- For the Lime-Honey Drizzle (Optional):
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8–10 wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Fruits. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel the kiwis and honeydew melon. Core the green apples. Cut the kiwi, honeydew, and apples into uniform, bite-sized pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes).
- Step 2: Assemble the Kabobs. Carefully thread the prepared fruit pieces onto the skewers, alternating between the different types of fruit to create an appealing visual pattern. Do not pack the fruit too tightly.
- Step 3: Make the Drizzle (Optional). In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey until fully combined.
- Step 4: Serve. Arrange the assembled green fruit kabobs on a platter. If using, lightly drizzle the lime-honey mixture over the kabobs just before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
