Ingredients
- 2 cups (500g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120g) natural creamy peanut butter, divided
- 1/4 cup (40g) dark chocolate chips (60-70% cacao)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently warm half of the peanut butter until slightly runny. Drizzle into the yogurt mixture and swirl gently with a spoon or knife.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover tightly, pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface. Freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes during the first 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer. Warm the remaining peanut butter and drizzle over the semi-frozen yogurt. Sprinkle in chocolate chips. Gently fold to create more swirls and distribute chips.
