Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups Reese’s Pieces candy, divided
- 12 waffle cones
- Optional: Chocolate syrup or whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing on low speed until just combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of the Reese’s Pieces candy into the cheesecake filling.
- Carefully spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each waffle cone, filling almost to the top.
- Place the filled cones upright on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the filling is firm.
- Before serving, garnish with the remaining ½ cup of Reese’s Pieces and any optional toppings.
