Ingredients

- 2–3 Medjool dates, pitted (adjust to sweetness preference)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (or 1/2 frozen banana for extra creaminess)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
Instructions
