These delightful no-bake treats feature fresh strawberries filled with a creamy, tangy cheesecake mixture, topped with crunchy graham cracker crumbs. They are an elegant and easy dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (approx. 24 large) fresh strawberries
- 8 oz (226g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (25g) graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: Fresh mint sprigs or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Strawberries: Wash and hull strawberries, then slice each in half lengthwise. Arrange cut-side up on a platter.
- 2. Make Filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- 3. Fill Strawberries: Transfer filling to a piping bag with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with a snipped corner). Pipe filling into each strawberry half.
- 4. Garnish & Chill: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filling. Garnish if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
