Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or ciabatta loaf, sliced ½-inch thick
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled (1 for rubbing, 1 minced for tomatoes if desired)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Dice tomatoes and place in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using). Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
