Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or good quality store-bought)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Add orange juice to the blender first.
- Next, add Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and optional sweetener/boosts.
- Finally, add the frozen mango and pineapple chunks.
- Blend on low, gradually increasing to high, until completely smooth and creamy.
