  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (from 23 lemons), plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick dough with a fork. Par-bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
