  • 1 large (8-10 inch) flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup sauce of choice (pesto, dill sauce, olive oil with garlic, or light tomato sauce)
  • 1/2 cup cooked, flaked leftover salmon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese blend)
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper (optional)

Instructions
