Ingredients
- 1 large (8-10 inch) flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup sauce of choice (pesto, dill sauce, olive oil with garlic, or light tomato sauce)
- 1/2 cup cooked, flaked leftover salmon
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese blend)
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper (optional)
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedge, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- Carefully place tortilla on the hot baking sheet. Spread sauce evenly, leaving a small border.
